Yes, if you add it. Fall pickup and removal is $75 to $150 depending on package size, and Christmas January teardown starts at $150. Most clients add it, and we would rather you did, because the alternative is you handling a pile of soft pumpkins in November.

No. We do not install roofline lighting, gutter lighting, or permanent exterior light systems. We do light porches, columns, rails, and trees, including lit trees flanking your door. If you want your roof outlined, you need a lighting company and we will tell you so.

Some will, some will not, and we will not promise otherwise. Real pumpkins are produce and a South Florida October is hard on them. We use thick-skinned varieties, keep them off wet surfaces, and build so one bad pumpkin does not wreck the display. On a shaded covered porch it usually holds the season. On unshaded steps it may not. If something fails early, tell us.

Fall orders close on October 25, which is the last day we can source material and still install before Halloween. Installs run from late September, and the good weekend dates go first. Christmas is the tight one: the window is about four weeks and the calendar is largely spoken for by Thanksgiving. Spring wants two to three weeks before Easter.

You pay when you book, which is what reserves your spot. We then contact you within one business day to agree an install date that suits you. If we cannot offer a date that works, we refund you in full. Custom displays are quoted individually rather than bought online.

In Georgia, a Fairburn crew covers metro Atlanta from $25 up to $100, plus Lake Oconee at $175 on route days. In the New York Tristate, a Brooklyn crew covers the city at no delivery fee; Jersey City and the closer New Jersey suburbs such as Montclair, Maplewood and Tenafly at $50; the Long Island Gold Coast, Westchester, Fairfield County, and the farther New Jersey suburbs such as Ridgewood, Summit, Short Hills and Saddle River at $125; and the Hamptons and the East End at $300 on route days with a minimum.

No. Most exterior installs run under two hours and need no access to the inside of the house. We send you a photo when it is done. Interior Christmas work obviously needs someone to let us in.
