From the Village of Miami Shores to Coral Gables and Key Biscayne. Zones 2 through 5.
Miami-Dade is the most architecturally varied county we serve, and that is the whole appeal. Within forty minutes you can go from a Merrick-planned Mediterranean Revival street in Coral Gables, to an Art Deco front on Miami Beach, to a seventies planned development in Kendall, to farm acreage in the Redland. There is no single Miami-Dade look to design against.
The good news for anyone booking here is that the county is closer to our Broward base than most people assume. Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach and Miami Shores are Zone 2 at $25, the same as Coral Springs. Miami Beach, Coral Gables, South Miami and Kendall are Zone 3 at $50, on normal scheduling with any package available.
Two areas work differently. Key Biscayne is an island reached by one causeway, so it is Zone 4: route days, $100 delivery, and a package minimum. Homestead is the far south of the county and Zone 5 at $150 on the same basis. Both are worth the trip, both need a wider install window than a mainland booking.
A large share of the coastal housing here is high-rise. A tower residence has a terrace and a lobby, not a porch, so our work in Sunny Isles Beach and parts of Miami Beach is entries, terraces and interiors rather than the full front-of-house display. Check your association rules before booking anything for a shared space.
