Most residences here are in buildings rather than on porches, so our work is entries, terraces and interiors, plus lobby and amenity-level commissions which we quote as custom. A terrace with an ocean view takes a compact, restrained Christmas program far better than a heavily layered one: a correctly sized lit tree, a console or mantel if you have one, and light that reads against glass rather than stone.

Check with your building before booking anything for a shared space. Bal Harbour buildings tend to have detailed rules about corridors, doors and anything visible from outside, and we would much rather design inside them than have your display removed.
