Prices, packages, and availability shown on this site are current at time of publication and can change. The number the quote tool gives you is an estimate. Your final price is confirmed with you in writing before any payment is taken.
Portico Seasonal designs, delivers, and installs seasonal decor for fall, Christmas, and spring. We do not install roofline lighting, gutter lighting, or any permanent exterior light system. Zone 4 addresses in the north county and on the Palm Beach coast are served on scheduled route days and carry a package minimum.
A booking is confirmed when payment is received. We then contact you within one business day to agree an install date. If we cannot offer you a date that works, you receive a full refund. Once a date is agreed, cancelling more than fourteen days before it entitles you to a refund less any material already sourced specifically for your design. Inside fourteen days a booking is not refundable, because the material is bought and the date is held against other bookings. If we cannot install on the agreed date for a reason on our side, you choose between the next available date and a full refund. Custom displays are quoted and invoiced individually rather than bought online.
Seasonal displays use natural material, including real pumpkins, gourds, and live plants. We do not guarantee the lifespan of natural material and we do not guarantee a display against decay, weather, or wildlife. We choose varieties, placement, and build methods that give a display the best chance in a South Florida season, and if something fails early we will work with you on it.
