New York City is run by our crew based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, so city addresses carry no delivery fee at all. The work here splits cleanly in two: the townhouse and brownstone stoops, and the apartment entries and terraces.

The stoop is the best canvas the city offers. The brownstone and limestone rows of Park Slope, Brooklyn Heights, and the Upper West Side, and the townhouse side streets of the Upper East Side, give us high stoops, iron railings, and tall parlor-floor doors that garland, a properly scaled wreath, and a layered fall or Christmas arrangement were made for. Downtown in Tribeca the register is different, cast-iron entries and penthouse terraces that take a cleaner, more architectural evergreen program.

For apartment residents the work is the door, the entry gallery, and the terrace, done to the palette of the space, plus interior trees, mantels, and consoles. One honest note: co-op and condo buildings have rules about doors, hallways, and shared terraces, so check with your board or managing agent before booking anything for a shared space, and we will design to whatever your building allows.
