Newer master-planned communities between Naples and Fort Myers. Zone 6.
Estero sits between Naples and Fort Myers and is one of the fastest-growing parts of southwest Florida, which means most of what we decorate here was built recently. Grandezza, West Bay Club, the Coconut Point area and the smaller gated enclaves are master-planned communities with architectural standards, consistent elevations, and entries that were designed rather than left over.
Newer construction is straightforwardly good for this work. Covered porticos, double front doors, columns worth wrapping, and enough frontage to build something with scale. The coastal contemporary and transitional styles common here also take a cleaner Christmas program well: monochrome evergreen, warm white light, and restraint rather than a traditional red-and-green load.
The flip side of master-planned is governance. Most communities here run architectural standards and some have written rules about how long seasonal decor may stay up after a holiday. Seasonal decor is temporary and does not go through architectural approval, but if your association has a written seasonal policy, send it with your booking and we will design and schedule the teardown inside it.
