Downtown Jersey City has quietly become one of the best brownstone neighborhoods in the Tristate. The historic districts, Hamilton Park, Van Vorst Park, and Paulus Hook, are rows of restored row houses with real stoops, iron railings, and tall doors, and the residents decorate the way the Brooklyn brownstone neighborhoods do. It has the stoop architecture and the neighborhood pride, and it is right across the river.

On a Jersey City stoop we do the full entry: garland on the railings and up the newel posts, a wreath scaled to the door, a layered fall arrangement on the steps, and lit trees at the base in December. The historic-district blocks read as a set at the holidays, so a well-built display on your stoop adds to the whole street.

Our New Jersey work is run by a helper who lives in Jersey City, so this is home ground for the crew and scheduling is easy. We design to your house, source everything, install it, and come back at the end of the season to take it away if you add removal, which in a row house with no garage is the part that actually matters.
