Naples is not a drive from Broward, it is a different coast, so it is served by our southwest Florida crew rather than a van coming across Alligator Alley. That is what makes it workable at all, and it means scheduling here does not depend on our east coast route days.

The architecture is genuinely different from Miami and the Palm Beaches, and the design has to follow. Alongside the Mediterranean Revival you get a lot of British West Indies: metal roofs, deep overhangs, louvred shutters, white and soft pastel elevations. That palette does not want the heavy rust-and-orange fall look that suits a stucco front in Boca. Neutral pumpkins in whites, creams and pale greys read far better, which is why the Oh My Gourd package is our most-booked fall option on this coast.

Old Naples around Third Street South and Fifth Avenue South is the walkable historic core, where displays are seen close up on foot and finish quality carries. Port Royal and Aqualane Shores are estate and waterfront work. Pelican Bay, Mediterra and the gated golf communities are large, professionally landscaped frontages where a display has to have real scale to register at all.
