Roswell is the historic North Fulton city on the Chattahoochee, and it has the best of two worlds for what we do. The Canton Street historic district and the antebellum homes near the square, Barrington Hall, Bulloch Hall, and the streets around them, are genuine deep-porch, columned Southern architecture, the kind that layered fall and Christmas displays were made for. Then the rest of the city is large, established subdivisions with the traditional two-story entries we scale up easily.

The historic porches let us do real three-dimensional work, garland up the columns, depth on the steps for pumpkins and mums, a ceiling to hang from at Christmas. Roswell takes its historic core seriously and the walkable stretch of Canton Street sets a high bar for curb appeal, so a display in that part of town is worth doing properly. Out in the subdivisions, a well-built Package 3 makes a house stand out on a uniform street.
