Jupiter is the northern edge of what we can reach and still do properly. It is Zone 4, which means scheduled route days rather than on-demand install, a $100 delivery line, and a package minimum. The entry doorway package is not available this far up. That is a margin decision, not a snub, and we would rather be straight about it.

The market splits three ways, and each one wants something different. The waterfront communities, Admirals Cove with its deep-water dockage and Jonathan's Landing with over a thousand homes across twenty-seven villages built between 1979 and 2007, are gated, established, and heavily landscaped. Those are full front porch and whole-home jobs. Abacoa is the opposite personality: a walkable master-planned town with a real center, a stadium, and a two-hundred-and-sixty-acre greenway, where homes sit close to the street and neighbors walk past your entry every evening. Finish quality counts for more than scale there.

Then there is Jupiter Farms, acreage with no HOA, where people build what they want and keep horses. Long approaches, no light at night, and the same rules that apply in Loxahatchee: mass at the entry and something that reads down the drive. Because Jupiter is a route-day city, give us the widest install window you can and we will fit you into the run.

The coast changes the material spec. Salt air and steady wind off the water are hard on ribbon, on lightweight faux stems, and on anything that relies on being propped rather than fixed. On the barrier island and the deep-water communities we build with heavier anchoring, weather-tolerant material, and fewer loose elements, and we will tell you if something you have seen in a photo simply will not survive a fortnight on your entry. Inland Jupiter, including Abacoa and Jupiter Farms, does not have that problem.
