Palm Beach Gardens is where the country club communities stack up, and where our pricing model changes. This is Zone 4: fifty-five minutes or more from our Broward base, so we run it on scheduled route days rather than on demand, there is a $100 delivery line, and there is a package minimum. We do not bring the small doorway package this far north, because the drive costs more than that job is worth and we would rather say so than do a rushed version of it.

What is up here justifies the trip. BallenIsles runs thirty-three neighborhoods inside one club. Mirasol covers twenty-three hundred acres and twenty-three neighborhoods around thirty-six holes. Old Palm is deliberately tiny and enormous at once, fewer than three hundred and twenty-five homes across four neighborhoods, ranging from four thousand square foot golf estates up past fifteen thousand. Frenchman's Reserve and Frenchman's Creek add Mediterranean estates and Intracoastal frontage. PGA National has the broadest housing mix of any of them.

These are large, professionally landscaped fronts where a modest display gets swallowed. The packages that make sense here are the full front porch and up, and at Christmas the porch-plus-tree and whole-home programs. If you want a route day in early December, ask in October, because we fill a trailer for the north county and those days are finite.

How to actually get a good date here: ask in October, give us a two or three day window rather than one specific afternoon, and book the teardown at the same time as the install. We batch the north county into full trailer days, so a client who can flex by forty-eight hours gets scheduled easily and a client who needs one particular Saturday in mid-December frequently cannot be accommodated at all. That is a routing constraint, not a preference, and being upfront about it is cheaper for both of us than disappointing you in December.
